Delete your Pisces account

Option 1: delete it in the app (instant)

1. Open Pisces Aquatic Fish Companion and sign in.
2. Tap Manage Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and all of its data are deleted right away.

Option 2: ask us to delete it

Can't get into the app? Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Pisces account". We'll delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account (email and password)
• Your username and profile photo
• All saved tank profiles, water tests, diagnosis history and visit reports

Nothing is kept in a backup or archive after deletion.

What isn't deleted

• Your subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel billing. Cancel first in the Google Play Store (Profile, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions) or on iPhone (Settings, your name, Subscriptions).
• Purchase records. Google, Apple and our subscription provider RevenueCat keep the receipts of past purchases, as the law and their own policies require. They contain no tank data.
